Installed it last year and really enjoyed the clarity of the Lexan, the durability of it as well as increasing the area protected by wind.

Still do.

However, it increases the dynamic vacuum in the cockpit by a large factor. More dust and debris enter from the front and the rear. The screen itself, under drier conditions, will build up a significant static charge and dust will stick to it on the driver's side like a magnet! In one hour of driving on relatively clean roads I had to wipe it all down in order to see!

This happened with the original stock plexiglass but since they were much smaller it was just chalked up to Oh Well Wipe That Down Too!

I noticed this last year when I was caught out in some nasty wet weather involving a very low cloud deck and I noticed that I was wiping more water from the inside than the outside and I was wetter as well!

So Heads Up! Until we can figure out how to seal the front end from the cockpit whatever is in front of us is going to join us!

It is a pity that the Morgan/Fairbourne screens are not made from safety glass. The plastic scratches easily and attempts to polish out any scars can be tricky or ill-advised.

Not found that scratches have been much of an issue on my 5 year old Fairbourne screen, or static attracting dust come to think of it but maybe we don't get very low humidity here.

As with all the taller and wider screens that offer a bit more protection, the down side is vision through the screen in rain and drizzle isn't good. You need a cloth to keep it clear on the move. The benefits outweigh the drawbacks for me.

How does something like RainX work on plexiglass/lexan?

Rain S is formulated for lexan/plexiglass. Rain X is formulated for glass.
Rain S leaves a polymer coating on the aeros screen which repels water.

Same here (3 yrs with Fairbourne). Maybe not so dusty here in Europe even during trips in the heat of Spain. Car can be dusty inside but I use a half tonneau that may help. Biggest issue is when camping I have to wipe the condensation from the inside... not really a big deal. Biggest benefit is avoiding my face being hit by wind and (most) bugs at speed...
