Are you referring to the Moka Pot, or the Slayer with 2 customm grinders? I feed this obsession with this roaster.

I was not happy, because I am Austrian and donˋt want to be mostaken for a german.

I made 2 shots coffee in the Nespresso machine, same coffee. One using the filtered, softened water we usually use and one using the hard water that comes out of the public water supply.
Water where we live comes out of the chalk aquifer about 400 feet down, and according to Wessex water, it is very hard but very biologically clean, so has the lowest amount of chlorine allowed.
The taste difference was amazing, hard water makes horrible coffee.....in comparison to our softened water.

We save all the rain water from the roof and process it for consumption(Austrian system from a company called Graf) - makes great coffee!!!

😂😂 it actually the perception of time and things happening at a faster pace the older I get. So now in my 70’s it feels like I am approaching the speed of light😎😊. However, I do like a good cup of coffee, strong coffee with a flavor of bean but not just bitter.

As it is stored in an underground tank, it filters it and passes it by a uv lamp to get rid of any nasties!!
