Drilled out all the baffles and fitted the filter, I now had 68bhp at the rear wheel with all the mods.
Not great but it is better than the 54 I started with.
Apparently if you increase the diameter of the pipes it will release 2 or 3 more ponies over removing the baffles from the stock ones.

I am amazed that given the displacement of the x-wedge this is all it produces. I went to stage 2 as well though have not put it on a dyno. Seems like there are other similar displacement engines with far more hp though I am sure a lot of the figures you here are overstated. I wonder if part of the challenge is finding a proper dyno as I have not been able to find one. To me the stage 2 is very nice. The motor just pulls throughout the range. It is a shame the ecu is not unlocked as replacing the cams themselves is pretty cost effective.

actually, I think "flattening out" on acceleration was the wrong description.... it is more like "constipated"

It will be interesting to compare at skyland the difference but I suspect going to stage 2 feels like a different engine. No matter what rpm my engine pulls strong. Before stage 2 I was much more careful with the tact and shifting as certain ranges the xwedge felt dead

This is what you need
iwww.europaspares.com and it is a VDO part, p/n 224011000280G This particular sender has a resistance of 75.5 ohms to 2.5 ohms. How does this react with the OEM Morgan ecu? Is this why some folks have put a shunt resistor on the sender?

To add a follow up question, what is the resistance range in ohms for the MMC sending unit. I have a VDO unit ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2020/08/20/711E661F-7D88-47FE-9C1E-A50D8F477590.jpg) This is mine. Does anyone know about it’s resistance range? UPDATE, <3ohms empty, full=60-90 ohms.
