Probably best to pre-book either online or by phone.
We're coming into the busy season and with a maximum 18 persons per group just walking in on a busy day will mean you likely won't get on a tour that day.

The Bluebell at Callow End, 5 minutes walk away is very pleasant to eat as well. Seconded- I used to use it when I was doing my PGCE in Worcester - the owners had a friend or relative who was vegan so would always have a couple of good options on the menu. Was a few years ago though!
