I recently moved from my 17th century cottage that had a ghost/spirit and can vouch for the fact that they do exist. I have seen apparitions and no I wasn't drunk. I have seen things move and re-appear, a friend of mine now sadly departed experienced a set of keys drop onto the top of a cabinet she was standing by after I demanded that my ghost return them, she screamed ran out and never set foot in the house again. I could go on.............

A friend was out with various people. A lady in the gathering was going on and on about reincarnation.
After about 10 minutes of her going on about reincarnation, he said.
"Kath, knowing my luck, I will be reincarnated as the S bend in the toilet of an Old Folks Home!" She considered that "he was off message" as they say.

Ive never ever seen or had anything untoward happen to me in ghostly way. Ive lived in old houses, stayed at 'haunted' houses/B&Bs, walked through many a bone yard at night and nothing
:-( There is zero proof of any afterlife, ghosts or spooks.
I think the mind believes what the owner wants it to believe.

If there is only the one God then there are going to be a lot of disappointed Romans!!!. As for me, well I will just wait and see, I'm not afraid of dying as long as I'm not there when it happens.
