Header gasket is Harley Evo ('84 and newer) spec, so pretty common. I've had very good results with the James brand gaskets (hollow copper ring with stainless mesh inside). Much easier to fit than the stock tapered graphite/mesh things. https://www.jamesgaskets.com/product/jgi-65324-83-cg/

I've been checking to see whether the ARP studs are available from a UK supplier but it seems that they are specially made under licence for Hillcofasteners in the US.
Anyone want to get together to order a batch to minimise postage costs?

I just removed the pipes to polish them & get things ready for the new studs/nuts. I noticed that the lower nut of the header pipes was very easy to break loose

Hi John, I'll wait a week or so to get a better idea on numbers then see about getting a quote. At the moment, I'm thinking of a kit consisting of: 5x Studs (one spare because you never know) 8x Jetnuts (one spare set) 4x James Gaskets (one spare set) Stay tuned!

On a couple of my barn find projects, I have discovered more than one crush gasket when I took off the headers

Some parts will be here tomorrow, others arriving Friday, so I decided to just hang for a week and remove front wheels for new tires and tubes added to manifold studs and nuts. All are due and I could never pass inspection anyway. It was over two years ago that I did this and I used Loctite liberally for all the mounting bolts and they are just a bunch of fun to remove! But they were still attached so that's a win!
What's your mileage? Who cares. Is it practical? See #1. What happens when it rains? You get wet.
