My partner took the M3W for a short spin this afternoon between the rain showers, while I followed in the tin top. First time I’ve followed behind - looks so tiny! We had to clear the garage for a teenage birthday party tomorrow night - definitely didn’t want the car anywhere near the kids!

A bunch of teenagers.... why not leave the keys in the ignition? What could possibly go wrong?

Well, the party went ok, but the garage roof didn’t survive. What possesses teenage boys to climb on each others’ shoulders and smash the panels? Not too difficult a repair job, but the Mog will be staying in her temporary home for a week or two. Glad we didn’t let them in the house!

Last night's run in the evening light up Deeside to Dinnet, over to Donside and round the Glenbuchat road before returning home by way of Alford with the evening mist starting to gather as the temperature dropped. By Loch Pronie;  More pics in the Gallery.

I gave two choices... charged with theft, or pay for the damage

Last weekend my wife and I did a cider and peanut run out to the Washington peninsula...  Got a lot of attention in Finn River Cider parking lot:  and the next stop, CB's Nuts, for dark roasted peanuts and pistachios:  Really happy that my better half enjoys herself too. Afterwards she commented, "it's like being a celebrity" from all of the attention. Passed a group of cool vintage cars on the back roads; BMW 3.0cs, Mercedes Pagoda, Alpha Gulia Spider, BMW 2002, and a few others also having a great day!
