heading to the blue ridge  sunrise  starting to gather  so why do they call it the blue ridge?

Looks great guys, but one thing just does not sit right, i guess its the law out there, driving a 3 wheeler, which i love, with a crash helmet on i a bit like making love to Salma Hayek wearing a c....m, spoils the fun.

I never understood the helmet thing, other than protecting your own head, but why make it thelaw? It’s the owners head and it is what suffers when it encounters another vehicle and the other vehicle just needs to wash off the debris.
I suspect the helmet manufacturers got it passed , some states it is optional, like here in Washington.
