I hope the competent members of this forum can help me.
All advice will be appreciated.
My 4/4 has a very rough running between 1800-2000 rpms. It seems it gets worse in hot weather or with hot engine. I think it has something to do with the ignition as it feels the same as when the spark plug voids were filled with water after washing my car.
The engine management light comes on. When I use my OBDII reader it states code P1131. I replaced both coil pack and leads in 2018 which improved performance but the rough running remains the same.

Both O2 sensors were replaced in 2017 as one of them had a failing heating element?

Perhaps check the large engine loom multi-connectors as mine started to come loose and contact was poor when hot. (One situated near the end of the cam shaft covers near to the battery was worse).

Some great tips to look for in this, most of these decode sites just tell you the meaning without suggestions. I have book marked this site, thank you Richard 👍🏻

Were the lambda sensors genuine Ford ones? after market Ford ones don't seem to work very reliably, had issues with my wife's StreetKa - fitting genuine Ford ones after trying after market ones sorted it.

Thanks for all the good advice.
Richard and Mark you were right.
After replacing the O2 sensors with proper ones from NTK the problem disappeared.

Wonder if that’s my problem
