Shooter is on the money, just watched it run up the hill at Goodwood (via live stream whilst having my tea ) and it seems to be the quietest car apart from the leccy ones , I am sure there will be some sorting after the first hundred, but my interest would be what four cylinder will they utilise in the CX architecture......

Received my copy of the Morgan Owners Club of Australia July magazine to see confirmation that we may not see the Plus 6 in Australia due to the high cost of obtaining the necessary compliance. A great shame because it looks like a great car despite a few flat reviews. Our Perth Morgan Dealer got at least 3 solid expressions of interest on the initial release.

The odds are stacked against cars like the a Morgan when they are tested. The average journo just doesn't "get" this type of car, they are used to testing tin boxes, some very fast and most quite ordinary, but all very similar. So a morgan just doesn't fit the mould (which is why we love them) so they just don't know what to do with them.
As for the sound, if there is a sports exhaust package available, why wasn't it fitted to the press car(s)?
I do love the looks and will be interested to see how the car develops and sounds, over the coming years. David, I suspect the cars the press are being loaned are the ones used for the initial type approval & drive by noise tests, hence no AR exhausts fitted yet

It seems the Top Gear review model had a noisy exhaust as they comment on the popping and spitting
The one featured on Driven didn’t for some reason which is probably the one that Catchpole drove

Just sat in the Plus Six at FoS - seems very comfortable! They say they are due at dealers next month.

In the reviews Jon it looks noticeably shorter than a trad or Aero chassis, is it in the metal ?

I'll double-check tomorrow - but it was right next to a 110 Plus 4. Maybe the fact that it's a couple of inches wider makes the difference - to the discerning eye of course!
