Thinking of going next year with the Roadster.

Any recommendations, and what are the best stands to book.
Thanks

Went last year but TBH, Goodwood was more interesting. Le Mans is a huge place but with a lot less happening. Depends I suppose on how much you want to watch the racing itself - if thats your bag then its not bad. My span of attention is too short for that so I want lots of side shows, static displays etc and there isnt enough of that to justify the journey IMO.

I wouldnt bother with stands . I went in some of them ( it was possible at times to do so without paying) but it was more interesting at the side of the circuit.

It was a bucket list job but I wont repeat, unlike the TT which is really something special.

You'll get the complete package. Channel crossing, hotel, in-field parking, seats in the Dunlop stand - not to mention the cheese & wine party wine eat

I'll second that recommendation, Quentin and his team do an excellent job.
We have been with them three times and are very much looking forward to going again in 2020.

And a big plus 1 from me for the Vinmog team, I booked from over here with them -all was taken care of and ran smooth as silk, which is not always easy in France but Quentin and the team have the right contacts.

As an alternative view we found the stands with the Vinmog crowd great fun and rather humerous, though I was the last out of the carpark each night, (I do like the racing and the track drive was a must).

And I'm happy to add my endorsement for the whole Vinmog experience. I never imagined lapping Le Mans in my out old Morgan but that's what happened. Top secret plans are now being hatched for a 2020 attempt to beat our 95mph top speed on the Mulsanne straight and it seems likely that at least two old Mogs will set out for the long drive from Vienna drive Looking forward to renewing acquaintances from 2019.

Although it was pre Vin Mog, I too have had the Quentin trip and it was really good. Le Mans is a great place to visit as much for all the club areas as well as the racing which IMHO can get a bit samey.
It is definitely something that all car fans should do once along with all the other temptations.

Here for a good time not a long time!!
