Just to pass on a good couple of days.
My Morgan has been off the road for 10 years after a fire, and it has had a important birthday.
It is now over thirty years old, an is now MOT and Road fund Licence exempt.
I went to the post office to find out what happens next, and was surprised that it was straight forward.
I filled in a form for MOT exemption and took it back with my Logbook they scanned the barcode and took the front page of the document with my signature, and said we were done.
They did not need any insurance, that is not the post office problem now.
Next I filled in a reply box on the Gott & Wynne website (picked them from mention on this forum)
One email and a phone call later and I had a quote from a nice guy, name of Phil Stoner for 179 pounds.
Monday I will make payment and be good to drive.
Hope to be on the road early next month.
