Down to Felixstowe for the fun of it & to look at the sea. On the way I parked at Walton church to go shopping. ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2019/07/19/20190715_100324.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2019/07/19/20190719_121204.jpg) That is a very interesting looking church John I notice the Tower almost seems remote, my Doves Guide tells me it has no bells in it.

Richard, just up the Road are the villages of Trimley St Mary & Trimley St Martin. The two churches are side by side. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trimley_St._MaryJohn

Thanks John, that was a very important area going back along and according to Wiki still seems to be thriving.

Locally we have a big issue. Most of the farm land is owned by Trinity College Cambridge who are trying to sell it off for housing. there are 4 planning applications to add around 900 houses. There isn't the infra structure nor the demand for them as far as I can see.

That's interesting and concerning, my No1 Daughter SIL and youngsters live in Gt Cambourne and have suffered similarly it's a nice place to live but the shopping facilities are dire frankly, mostly the reason for that of expansion is the lack of basic "planned in" infrastructure holding back development of the retail side.
The down side of it is the plethora of delivery vans for groceries and you name it you'll see it, so it does make rather a joke of these green policies which Cambridge seems so fond of, air brushing is what my SIL calls it.
I hope the extra builds get knocked back or resited to somewhere suitable.

Lovely 100 mile round trip to Dartmoor to meet a pal for a Cream Tea lovely up there today and not too many grockles around yet. Several cars of interest seen starting with dark green Morgan A11ACW a nice big Healey in the right colours of Red and black, Triumph Vitesse convertible, Morris 1000 convertible and one of the Caterham derivatives which of course was the one that didn't wave.

About 150 miles today (taking us up to about 3700 miles since 15th March and the birth of Florence...I realise not massive mileage but work ruddy hard the whole week so no time other than at weekends.). Last weekend was the first that I hadn’t taken her out (was at Silverstone for 4 days) so was surprised at the withdrawal symptoms and have been so looking forward to taking her out today. Today was a quick trip to Allon White for nipple greasing and a stereo upgrade (the latter primarily for Lady HB benefit), means can now connect my iPhone via Bluetooth and the USB also works. Remote still works with the new system too. Supposed to be able to use a new microphone for phone calls but although Lady HB could hear me, I couldn’t hear her through the car speakers. Cest la vie. Paul at AW is a great chap and a pleasure to deal with. The car is properly loosened up now (engine, steering and suspension). I really really love driving Florence and she is parked in our garage only 5 metres away. I feel sorry for people that don’t get this much pleasure from driving their cars. We are so lucky to have our Morgans. Thanks HFS Happy happy days 👍 HB

65 miles first thing in the Roadster this morning and home not long after 0900hrs. I'm bedding in the EBC pads and already the balance and initial bite is significantly better than with Mintex.
