Hi out there , checked all the outside connections, they seems to ok. So I'm afraid something inside is broken/loose - will receive the new rectifier tomorrow :-) At the the moment I have some bigger task to solve ;-) ![[Linked Image]](http://www.aufaxe.de/images/m3w/engine-out.jpg)

I am guessing that the bigger task is something to do with the rubber doughnut on the floor alongside the clutch????? I also notice that your car has the external clutch slave cylinder, only ever seen that in the parts book but it isn't something you look at often. Good luck. Interested to hear how things go.

When someone is discussing “an exploded view”, just show them that photo.
Good luck on reassembly.

Are you sure that you get this all together again ? completly sure :-) It's 'only' the engine removed and a part of the drive train disassembled. Dis/Reassembling the Gearbox would be another thing, what could make me nervous ;-)

dont think so , this looks like new opposite the harley compensator what seem to be damaged ... more info here I also notice that your car has the external clutch slave cylinder, only ever seen that in the parts book but it isn't something you look at often. I'm wondering too, because in the parts book the variant is called clutch 2014 (external) but my car is 2012 ... , may be it was upgraded by an earlier owner ?

The carpenters rule on the compensator housing is a nice touch! Seems appropriate for a Morgan.

Am curious why you removed the panel behind the instruments?
