OK, for the 3 marshals on Ettores a lot of sweeping, and a few bikes to pick up, but hey, that's what we're there for.
3W - should have taken my ear defenders up to the stand. I was standing behind the car when the one of the guys that finished the latest one (on Friday) fired it up... Sacre Bleu! Nearly dropped my camera trying to get fingers in ears!
Customers' cars will have silencing! Unfortunately, the car was finished quite late on Friday so all it's done is a dozen or so laps around Morgan's parking area. Had it managed a thousand miles or two they'd have run it up the hill, but not after half a dozen miles. Unfortunately, my lunchtime was shortened a bit and there was great interest on the stand so I didn't really get any photos. But, as I was late leaving I did see it under it's own power being driven up the paddock to the transporter - one couldn't really miss it.
They are hoping to bring one or two to a competion meeting, possibly La Vie en Bleu, and do some demo runs - I've already asked for a ride! Have also asked whether they wanted one tested on an end to end run I'll be doing later this year...
Apparetnly over 400 deposits have now been taken...
