Hello chaps - long time no post, and have been happily lurking.
I have a quick question - is it possible to get a proper, high quality outdoor cover for the Series 2/3 Aero? My car (S1) lives in my driveway when in London rather than Surrey, and the cover has been fantastic. I am considering a later model Aero, and would like to know where I can find a similar thing - the wider body means (I suspect) that my cover won't fit. And I'd like a new one anyway...
Any tips appreciated, as ever.
PS, I think I am in love with Boshly's new Supersports. Phwoar!

I have a fitted cover for a Series 2/3/4 I'll check it's weatherproof, assume it is, although as I have a garage I've never actually used it! I'll have a look tonight and post some pics for you.
As I'm selling my S4 it might go with the car if the purchaser asks for it on the basis they are keeping the car outside / want a cover, otherwise I'll pass it on to someone else who actually needs it.

Mr T, thank you very much. Also I've called Julian about your car, but sadly can't make it down this weekend as I'm on a stag do. If you decide to sell your cover, please let me know!
Seeing Boshly's car on Monday too - spoke to him: nice chap.
2 very different Aeros as possible replacements to my S1...
2 days ago, I was staying in my car, looking forward to the summer in it. Then two very different Aeros that I fancied very much were pointed out to me, and suddenly I'm doing something unexpected - perhaps selling my own, much loved car and moving on. We shall see...
Harry.

Mr F - you are most welcome, and good to see you posting on TM again As for Boshly being so described, I guess you just didn't spend long enough with him, I can assure you he is of course a perfect cad and a bounder. Good luck with your potential sale, and with whichever car you decide to go for. They are both good cars well known and documented on here and both priced exceedingly well. Given the hardening of the prices in the S1 market currently, I think you probably have perfect timing....

I have the same cover as Tony for my series 3 as it was never garaged, it now gets used on my series 4 from time to time. It is waterproof.
