Hello everyone,
It's another couple of excruciating months until my first Morgan (a new Plus 4) arrives, and I'm just wondering what I can expect in the way of niggles, likely problems etc.
Anyone mind sharing their experiences of new cars?

No too much! In 14000km with a new plus4 I have had; -Loose bolt of the left front wing support. -loose bolt on the glove compartment door support thingie. -Loose connection of the heater fan motor. -Electrical short in the fog light. Been driven summer and winter, not spairing the ponies. In other words, its been bullet proof. btw as has been said elseware on the forum, I found it needed about 3000km before it loosened up a bit. Have fun waiting J

I've only had mine for a couple of weeks so can't really comment but the enjoyment factor at the moment is that I'll forgive it anything!
Noting your location, you really have some great roads up there to exercise it on!

What to expect? Well, on the downside I had a brake failure and coolant loss during the first three days. Leak was fixed at The Factory, brakes were fixed at BHM (thank you again, Keith!). Everything else is great pleasure ...

Noting your location, you really have some great roads up there to exercise it on! I certainly do! The A86 and the A82 can be just brilliant to drive. Is the general feeling amongst owners that Morgan's are well built and reliable?

I certainly do! The A86 and the A82 can be just brilliant to drive. Watch out for a group coming through in early June...

I'd love to see that. I'm hoping my car will arrive at the beginning of June, and thereafter the road from Glencoe through Onich to Fort William will be a very well travelled route indeed!
