Drove to the awesome "British Car Meeting" in Mollis, central Switzerland. Splendid weather today, approx 1200 cars: Delorean, Reliant, Allard, Alvis, ...Morgan,...TVR, Ginetta, Marcos...and the usual suspects. LinkNext Event: 30th August 2020. See you there?

Not yet, yesterday we went up the road to show it off to friends and Saturday a 50 mile loop around the Surrey hills, stopping for bacon butties at Shamley Green. We met a charming Aussie couple out on bikes for a similar distance and traded speculations about Brexit, baffling for them. Kevin

Managed 59 miles yesterday early morning around sunrise hoping for clear roads to grab some more Gopro footage of my favourite roads hereabouts.
I have taken many pics of my Morgan and other cars and m/cycles I have owned over the years, I value those pics greatly as a record of my automotive journey from a youngster to the aged creature I have become..(-: The Gopro adds to preserving part of that experience for a time when I may not still own my Morgan or just can not get in or out of it... Though currently have to work out a way of recording the sound better... the wonderful inbuilt mike can record sound even under water, but the wind noise overpowers it`s ability to record either the engine or exhaust note...pity, but in time I may get round that.

A pleasant 27 mile trip bumble across South Nottinghamshire to see my parents. Too nice a day not to go in the Morgan. Rear view mirror obviously didn’t like the heat as it fell off - again. My repair whilst in the Pyrenees in June has only managed about 2000 miles.

Well despite my thoughts on the roads being busy decided to live for the day and had a lovely trip to Widecombe on Dartmoor and met up with an MGB owner having a cream tea so we had a yarn and exchanged numbers. Passed and waved a Primrose E type, Healey 3000 Red and an MG TD Red. Another glorious day in Devon, rain predicted tonight and thereon.. I thank the two Morgan owners (Milligoon + rainbowj) on here that this week had to give up Morganing for various reasons for my change of mind Thank you for a great run out and I thought about you both on the journey. Every days a school day on here.

Drove a few miles to South Stoke where 11 gardens were open to raise money for the church clock. Drove into car park when the owner of a Rolls said I would be the only car he would allow to park beside him. Respect ✊

Followed by a pleasant drive home sans side screens and wearing only shortsleeved shirt and shorts. Not very often you can do that in the uk at 8pm

That I understand Richard!
Wheels in Winslow, followed by a visit to Uncle/Aunt in Aylesbury. My Uncle's dementia is getting a lot worse. Also met a member of the family I was vaguely aware of, but like many (particularly on the Irish side) I had never met. He loved sitting in the 4/4 - if his mother allows I may add a photo...

52 mile round trip to Hambleton Hall and back for an overnighter on the banks of Rutland Water. Having said that, the Hall is only 13 miles away so may have taken a slight detour via Melton Mowbray and Oakham to get there.... Beautiful weather, beautiful countryside and waved to a beautiful old DHC on the way. Top notch 👍🥰 HB
