With only 9 days to go to the Concours of Elegance at Hampton Court Palace (6th - 9th September) ,
and myself still on holiday in Cornwall, I will only have 5 days at home to prepare my Morgan Roadster for the Club trophy competition on the Saturday 7th,
We are looking forward to what I would say is a "once in a life time" opportunity to show off our Morgan, this is the result of winning the Masterclass Concours competition at last years MOG18 and winning Best in show at this year MOG19 Concours & Pride of Ownership

Mal, well done on your recent results & good luck in London We went to the event a couple of years back & there were some very rare and interesting cars on display (no Mogs) put your best togs on & don't speak with a Yorkshire accent  (ex Concours champ & sometimes now judge)

It aint what it used to be back in the 1970's 80s and beyond, Jim Robinson's +8 Jeremy Harrison's +8 John Woralls super sport and stepping back a bit more Ken Hill . It died a death to what it once was. I was asked by a certain chap very well known and in concours for GB would I loan the Mog to put on Meguires stand for the national car show a couple of years ago . The answer was no . You only have a few mins before the doors open and spend every day all the time wandering about . That to me is wasting my time .

Its been a week since getting back from a Fantastic weekend , WOW, and what a weekend it was,
Unfortunately we didn`t we the Club trophy, but WOW the cars in the line up, from Ferrari F40 to Maserati. The winning car was a near 100 year old Vauxhall 30-98.
We even had the Morgan in the show on the Sunday, still buzzing from the weekend.
