No it doesn't but the OP was looking for a stud fixing I think judging by the age of the car.
I've never seen a Bimini on an Easy Up but I'm sure someone in a warmer clime than ours has done one, we don't really need one here.

Button, you are correct that on MOA VII there were a number of variations to using the "Easy-up" roofs as Bimini's. With the roof attached at the windscreen the rear is released some held it up by using bungy cords, others had made wooden dowl stakes that went into the lower hole and then propped the lower window part up allowing air to flow through. They all seemed to work well, or at least no one expired, I went "au natural" in my 94 +8!!!!

On MOA VII 2019 I noticed a KIWI Roadster with the back hoop that latches down, up, providing needed air circulation. Don't know how it was rigged to keep the back hoop up but seemed a good way to go at least with a Roadster.
Not sure if this is what you want but with my 2011 4/4 "easy up" hood I simply tie the second and third hood frames together as per the picture. Just make sure you do a test fit to see the "Tenax" clips on either side aren't strained. I have been using this system for years with no problems. ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2018/05/11/Morgan-Cabriolet.jpg)

What a brilliant idea, simple, easy, effective and cheap.
Thanks for the idea.

Thanks for the idea. I use cable ties set half way up the frame so they can be slid down to the base to open and close the hood as you wish.

Sorry, have I lost the plot with my understanding of what a Bimini Top is and what it should do?
I have an: 1. Open top car. I have 2. A car with a hood
What do I need another "top" for? Some of these don't even look shower proof?
Thanks Mark
