At the present time Morgan cars can’t register new plus 4 and roadster because of new co2 rules .
This process has been going on for a few weeks does anyone know when Morgan can start registering new plus 4 and roadster cars.

Are you saying implying that a purchaser cannot register one of these cars ? Mine was registered in England albeit for export, without any problem.
