I've now recovered and wow what ride.
At this stage the car is very much still in development and the engine being run can only rev to about 2000rpm until its hit 1000 miles then the electronics will allow it to rev freely.
The engine is mounted on the hardest bushes that they have in order to literally shake it down before production and you can feel every pulse of the V twin as the power kicks. So I'm off to the dentist tomorrow to get my fillings checked.
The sound from the straight through exhaust is amazing, but I don't think well hear this in the production versions. Certainly worth considering if you want to upset your neighbours.
Acceleration is rapid and the torque of the engine means this can be delivered in almost and gear. Second and third gear pull aways all possible so its not your normal bike engined machine. I'm sure the legal limit will be easily surpassed.

Road holding: Now the aero corners well, but from the brief period I spent in the passenger seat I'd say this is better, very flat and like its on rails even with those skinny front tyres, as we approached a few corners I was thinking OMG but not a problem. As one of the development guys said to us its the best Morgan he's ever driven.
For those of you who are sitting on the fence not sure if you should or shouldn't I'd get your order placed quick as I can see these going like hot cakes. It won't appeal to everyone, but thankfully I'm not in that camp and roll on production.
Having spent a few hours with the development guys can you can see the time effort and engineering thats going into this and it'll be interesting to watch the development. The development guys are working on the car during the day and then driving the car at night, even being as brave as entering into Wales. (Gerwyn I promise we didn't tell then where you lived, or suggested a 4am cruise up and down your street.)
Now all we need to get organised is the M3W race series.
Far to much to take in for a short journey but I want one.
