Rodger, I just went out to check my turn signal lamp mount and it is welded in place. And a rather crappy weld job at that! I would post a photo of what it looks like but the photo website is being pissy.

You may have the latest version. At some time this year, they changed the headlamp mounting bar angle to move it further forward and introduced a stronger indicator bracket that gives the pod better protection against the heat from the manifold and improves on the flimsy plastic mounting screw in previous iterations.

I know with mine, I needed to persuade the light bracket forward at the end or the turn signal would hit the strut. I thought about doing what I will do no, which is have a bracket to slightly move it forward and put on after market lights. I have a set ordered from JPcycles made by Arlen Ness

Are there two catalytic converters on each side now? What is the bulge in the header pipe?

Yes, 2 cats in each header for Euro 4 specification cars. That may be the reason for the repositioning of the indicators, to give a bit more clearance from the bulging header, rather than melt the indicators?

This is a new one without the bulging header (the sensor is in its 'traditional' place, not at the top of the header as for EU4s) but it still features the new bracket and indicator support. https://morgan-motors-cars.com/new-morgans/morgan-models/3-wheeler/
