So I am sore, bored, fed up, probably smelly, unable to book skiing holiday, do any work (which I enjoy) but worse, much worse, than this, I can't drive Florence for the entire period.
I am not looking for sympathy re the operation (caused by combo of genetics, running, squash and taekwondo when younger) but defo gonna go mad without getting behind that beautiful mota lita and screaming off down the road for next few weeks. I know I'm being selfish coz it's not life threatening and there are people much worse off than I, but.....

Good luck with the outcome HB and the waiting game, time to catch up on some reading I can thoroughly recommend buying the back copies of Motor Punk they'll definitely lighten the mood for you laugh2

That’s a top idea Rich
Will make suitable enquires in due course. If I’m given a bank/credit card at the moment to make payment I may end up buying a Plus Six by mistake (I’d blame the drugs of course. Also for believing that we could afford it too..)
Cheers for the suggestion, and thanks too to Ray - i really am a rubbish patient and if I play the card too much I can see Lady HB carrying out further surgery, without anaesthetic, and following it with putting a crutch where a crotch is supposed to be....my eyes are watering already...

As a horse owner with a Morgan I have to disagree.

Our 4/4 has never made it necessary to set an alarm for 06:30am in order to shovel its byproducts into a wheelbarrow and cart them to a muck heap. Also, new tyres for the Morgan are not required every 6 weeks - unlike shoes on my horse. And the Morgan never asks for treats when it goes well. [/quote]

Hope you don’t get too bored Headless Blue, and that you have a successful outcome. At least (here) the weather is foul so inclination to drive not drool is mulch less than usual.

Meantime, you might want to while away some time watching this chaps YouTube stuff - I particularly like the channel myself although there’s no Morgan content

Just about to go out, hood up, to meet up with the LogMog lot at the Bell Inn at Bramshaw in the new Forest.
Good food and I'll be able to drive properly in the dark, to see just how good my new LED headlights are!!

Had to flip the Mog & Mini around in the garage & it ended up with a 10 mile test drive in each out into Derbyshire, surprisingly nice weather today
