Are you folks finding the leak on the hose that connects the two injectors,running perpendicular to the car? I assume so, as that is the only hose on my vehicle that has crimped-on clamps, and I suddenly noticed some help at both ends last night. I do not appear to be leaking from the main hoses coming up from the tanks, and those have traditional screw-on clamps.

All hoses need new screw clamps - the crimped ones fail regular as clockwork

All hoses need new screw clamps - the crimped ones fail regular as clockwork
Wise words....and from an avionics man.  Just replace all the fuel hose crimped clamps with proper screw fuel hose clamps. An hour in your garage is much better than several hours at the side of the road. There are some around the fuel tanks as well, while you are at it.

Wise words....and from an avionics man. Just replace all the fuel hose crimped clamps with proper screw fuel hose clamps. An hour in your garage is much better than several hours at the side of the road. Not just any old Avionic engineer you know - ex toolmaker and BA duty Engineer & above all Royal Navy ⚓️ 🤮💤💤💤💤💤💤

I use two clamps on each tail piece just to keep the second one near to the barb or raised area on the tail piece because this is the bit where the sealing is best - less area = greater pressure for the same force. By the way I think petrol causes cracking of the fly screen which is bent cold and therefore under continual stress.

I had a leak from the crimped clamps which crazed my L/H screen. Changed to proper hose clamps & Fairbourn screen

I have not looked at the fuel clamps on my M3W so I am not clear what are being referred to as crimp on clamps. In settings like PEX water lines crimp on clamps are used all the time and do not fail.
Are these failing because they are cutting through the hoses? Or, are they failing because they are poor quality fittings.
I had Otiker clamps on the oil lines on my previous HD and never had problems.
