Just caught up with episode 3 featuring the glorious scenery of the border country  . There was a strong motor sports theme and it was noted how many farming families were involved in competition cars. This episode also included a demonstration on how not to wash a Morgan by throwing a bucketful if water over the bonnet  .

I was screaming at the TV when they started to wash the car with a sponge and shampoo. There was no rinsing of the dirt off first.

I thought it was most inspiring, I will be ensuring my mrs has a galvanised bucket on her lap at all times as part of the Morgan experience.

Agreed .... what a pair of wallies!
They treat the Morgan dreadfully. And continually complain about it.
Still the car is v prominent throughout and ultimately I guess that’s a good “return” for MMC.
I hope so anyway!

Well, if I’m honest, I’m a little underwhelmed with the absolute lack of detail on Fifth Gear review in terms of the drive, the speed, the comfort, the auto box etc etc. Was a positive review overall but I can’t really see it persuading newcomers to buy one....shame. Spose, with my rose tinted specs on, it could have been worse but....blink and you missed it....
