High time I said hi there! I put my name down for an M3W in January and went up to Prescott a couple of weeks ago to see the first of breed start up. The noise was so awesome I forgot to say a word. It speaks for itself. I put the clips on U tube and I hope the links work, but you get no sense of the sheer volume exting. Like Brands Hatch back in the '60s. A 'sports exhaust' the factory guys said. Wowsa! joy

I have been waiting to hear the sound of the beast and it is not disappointing. What a growl.

It's louder than that John!
I was standing behind it when he fired it up at lunchtime. Hearing is still recovering grin2

My Lanfanconis were just expansion pipes.
They were so loud (103 dDBA)I tried packing them with wire wool and eventually bought stainless exhausts to cull them to 90 dBA.

Mind you my 1974 T140 V Bonnie made 107 dBA and the Dutch authorities passed on import it as the test centre lads were all HD riders!

The trick is to be ahead of the sond wave i.e. drive forwards & grin!
