My S1 is a 6spd as well. I can't imagine you would have any issues with that car that weren't already present when built, modern oils are very good at clinging to surfaces and seal issues in my experience are usually down to age and perishing. If it has been stored correctly (low RH environment) then it should be fine.
As for values it still astounds me how good value S1's are, next year with the new CX platform the cheapest 4 wheeled Morgan could be circa 60k..

That’s far too strong
All S1’s were 6speed.
People always think low mileage cars are going to be an issue will seals etc. I’ve had many super low mileage old cars and never an issue. It comes from the days when many seals were leather as they were in my Norton 850.
