Who’s the trimmer?
Is this something they’d open up for RHD as well as LHD cars I’m thinking 🤔 Hello Mark. The trimmer is here in Madrid (Spain). They're specialized in hoods and trim of classic and luxury cars. I contacted them recommended by the Jaguar / Land Rover dealer in Madrid, and they made an amazing job with my 1988 Range Rover. Then I thought about this cushion and a set of luggage tailor-made to the luggage rack of the M3W. They came to the dealer with me, took their measures, size of quilting, type and leather color, etc. and I gave them the design tips. They can use my cushion as a template and make it RHD or LHD. Whatever is needed. They just need to know (having a sample is the best) the leather color and they can build one for you if you like it. I should ask them for price for this cushion only, as I'm paying for a whole set (cushion + steering wheel bag + two luggage and their straps for the luggage rack + covering in leather the sterring column plastic cover). It's not because I had the idea of building it foldable, but sincerely the cushion is outstanding

I need such a cushion to lift me up not slide me forward. In your case, if you just need to be higher and not closer to the steering wheel, I would suggest to use the seat you have right now as a base, and ask your trimmer to build a new seat thicker (I mean higher) but just in the visible part of the seat, letting the back, the part that slips below the back of the seat, as the original so it still fits below the back and lets the whole properly fixed as original So avoiding any "slippery" extra cushion. I don't know if I made myself clear…

yes, actually my wife made a rising cushion.... but your leather one is REALLY nice
