I used to have fun in my 1993 4/4 with a 1.6 cvh efi. Est at about 115 bhp.
Combining revs/gears/reading the road compensates for some lack of grunt.
I once followed a Roadster and Plus8 through mid Wales and kept up. I thoroughly enjoyed the drive as it meant thinking and reading the road combined with rev/gear combination. The exhaust pinged a bit back at the hotel carpark OK for the occasional run as that engine was a good one.
Moving to the Plus8 meant re-learning the characteristics.

Surprising combination that works really well.
Interesting that vintage Bentleys are often matt body shiny wings.

The Hamster has taken delivery of his New +6 ,it is stunning .
Bousted to 400BHP I hope he keeps it on the road . Anyone know if this car is still in existence?
