I can measure my old bushes tomorrow.
Hard chrome pins come with new nuts. The thread is UNF, probably half inch from memory, but could be 7/16".

I sent my old pins to the scrapyard at easter so too late to measure the length. The diameter is 1". The thread on the lower end is 7/16"UNF. There is also a tapped hole in the top, but I have no way of knowing now what that thread is. I recall it was a bit unusual. The bushes have an outside diameter of 1&7/32". Bear in mind though that some Mogs had nylon bushes and they were different. If you want to make your own, then it is safer to strip the old ones down and use as patterns.

I have just measured up my old pins and bushes (not been to the scrapyard yet!).

Length of 1" dia part of kingpin - 15-1/16" (15.062"), plus -
Bottom thread (male) - 1/2"UNF (not 7/16"), 13/16" (0.812") long .
Top thread (female) - drilled 2-3/4" (2.75") deep, tapped 1/2"BSF, 2-1/2" (2.5") approx deep, and then drilled down at a smaller diameter to meet oil groove cross hole. (NB: Current factory grease-lubricated stainless pins are tapped 1/2"UNF.)

Bush length 2-1/2" (2.5")
Bush outer dia 1.225", measured with my plastic vernier gauge - I would get your old ones properly measured with a micrometer if you are thinking of making new ones yourself, as the interference fit in the stub axle is critical.

Hope this is useful
