for wheel alinement and belt tension in the arm do you not just measure the length of the adjusting bolt in relation to the spindle holding bracket then lock off ,like on a motorcycle , its not a problem here

There is really nothing to measure from as a zero point and if you can measure with a laser pointer of some sort or just get it right once and then put in reference marks you would be way ahead of this game of belt chasing.

To make the entire exercise worse everything on the Morgan, especially the rear wheel alignment, is like dealing with a bad prostate. All the parts are so buried inside the beast that messing with it can be downright painful. Skinned knuckles, bumped head, bruised elbows and even throwing your back out because of the positions required to work under there. If you can do it all from the top by removing the boot tray then you are one step ahead. If you spin the rear wheel to align the belt, which I would recommend, then you will have to jack up the rear to get the wheel off the ground.

That would not work well on a 3-wheeler, it least it does not work on mine.

My car had a severe pull to the right from the factory, was only cured by the empire kit and a custom front/rear alignment.

But you must admit everything on the three wheeler is like delving into places you would rather not go to solve a problem.

Brachytherapy and radiation is pretty bad too😱. I can attest first hand.

you might try projecting off the front wheels onto a board placed at the back , then the same off the rear wheel both sides , it might be central (should it be) . I use lighting tubes for the rear wheel and lazer for the front , make sure the steering rack is in the central position .

I have a board with a scale on it that I hang between the front chassis tubes, and a laser level I put against the rear tyre and aim the laser under the car at the board at the front. You can then align the rear wheel.
