Don't rely on the length of the adjuster bolts; the arm that they bear on has a tendency to bend so no guarantee that they will have the same free length when the adjustment is correct..
A while ago I did some measuring involving levels, plumb bobs, giant verniers and assorted other measuring tools and found that the two sides of my swing arm from the pivot point to the forward end of the cutaway for the spindle were the same so I now adjust the spindle alignment by having the belt a bit slack, a bit of tension on the spindle nut to give some drag then gauging from the furthest forward part of the spindle cutaway to the leading edge of the adjuster plate using a caliper to compare the two sides and get them even, then carefully drawing the spindle backwards till the tension on the belt is right before fully tightening it up and double checking the gaps with the caliper. If you go too tight you have to get it too slack again before tightening, as otherwise there is backlash in the adjuster plates to take into account.
Of course there is nothing to say that the output shaft of the bevel box is actually parallel with the swing arm spindle or the wheel spindle...I still have more measuring to do.

Wow, I would buy this kit if you can make more, brilliant! I'm astounded that Morgan don't provide any alignment marks.. I agree. Someone should make a kit so we can ensure it all lines up. Or join the Morgan Three Wheeler Club and read Planenut's guide to aligning the rear wheel using a laser level in a back copy of The Bulletin  Thanks. Didn’t know the club existed. I will look into it but it seems UK centric.

out of interest does the rear wheel centre run down the centre of the chassis or the centre of the two front wheels ? I can find no technical detail drawings plan view with the dimensions on , are there any on here

Out of interest does the rear wheel centre run down the centre of the chassis or the centre of the two front wheels ? That would be too easy! I suspect that they are all different. Best advice is not to get too hung up over it, find out what suits your car and stick with it.

I would expect the centre line of the rear wheel to be on the centre line of the car, but it isn’t on mine. WHY.
Probably CBA at the design stage.😂😂😂

Perhaps too simple ...... but if you're on a smooth level straight road and you take your hands of the wheel and the car goes straight..... looks to me that all is correct aligned.

not sure if that's the case , alignment issues are more likely to appear under braking or cornering , I have limited experience with 3 wheelers so may be wrong
