Good to hear that the factory responded quickly to the request for parts, it would have been even better if it hadn't broken though.

So was the Centa failure due to the rubber cylinders disintegrating or due to a shaft breaking (or similar)?

Were factory insert put back into it or something else?
I asked them that and they thought it was factory OEM. I have seen a upgraded replacement that Krazy Horse supply, looked a nice bit of engineering and if mine had problems I would fit that.
