Seems a little harsh. We all know that the Americans can't or don't build cars to the standard and quality of the Europeans ( and yes, I do included the UK in this ) however, you do get an awful lot of car for not a lot of money so what's not to like. A mate of mine down the road has a "standard" 5 litre V8 and it goes like stink, sounds brilliant and cost around £35K
Here for a good time not a long time!!

The one I drove across the USA on Route 66 was excellent. I wouldn't mind one.

I played with the "Build your Mustang" thing on the Ford UK site.
Almost £50k.
Still almost tempting...
But about the same price as a Mercedes AMG C43 Coupe.....
Similar performance....
Which has better residual values?
Which goes round corners and is refined....?

Hmm..... Which will last more than 18 months... John - wonderfully summed up "perfect as a Renter - driving across the USA and then give it back!".... Spend some time with one.....and you find these things are made of cheese!
