Ivo, try out what it looks like when the yellow surface continues to the rear, to the right of the door and the narrow strip above the rear fender.

Tried that, but the strip above the rear wing is too narrow, especially when looked at the car sideways from the rear. Not so perfect. Your proposal looks better, with the the entire rear panel „painted“ as well. But then, the original colour is growing on me (never thought, that this would ever happen), so I like to maintain as much of it as possible. …while still adding a yellow element, though smile

To be honest, if it were my car, I would leave the paint original. Then I can accentuate in yellow, like in the sample photo. You can also do that well without painting, for example in some kind of foil. It might be cooler, more racinglike than a two-tone paintwork in my view. And it would be reversible, in case you like the original colour more in the future.

It would still be a shame to repaint elements if the original paint is not damaged. A 22 years old car with her original paint is always better. But, of course she is not yellow...
