A trip to Richard Thorne Classic Cars yesterday to see my Roadster which is now going to be fettled and fitted with a whole raft of essential after market add-on’s -
Librands sports exhaust ( I prefer the sound to the Aero Racing version).
Spotlights.
Round side mirrors.
Matching trim to the inside of the sidescreens ( looks great and provides extra insulation and cuts out drafts when the sidescreens are on and the roof is up).
Morgan Park steering column and stalks.
Period style number plates.
Black headlight surrounds to be replaced with standard chrome ( not a fan of the panda look).
I have really gone to town on this car but I figured it’s a keeper and there’s no more coming from where this one came from so I’m going for my perfect spec in one wallet-busting swoop. You only live once ( or at least until SWMBO has figured out the cost

).

I love the bit of colour added by the Union Jack -

You have to admire the quality of Morgan’s trim work -

I’m also loving the black pack on the A- pillars and sidescreens -

A surprise is the sun visors which I did not spec so I think they must come as standard. Now they are there I really like them -

If not the very last Roadster it’s certainly the last ever Morgan to leave Pickersleigh Road with a traditional hood fitted.
