Felt like I haven't been out in the Morgan for ages so grabbed the chance to poodle downtown to take Mrs FT to do various chores. Popped into this amazing vegan restaurant, Monstera Canteen, for a takeaway for lunch. I'm a fully-fledged carnivore but the food here is amazing. Thank you for the recommendation - I will go and try it out once everything has died down - not too far from me, and always on the lookout for good vegan scram.

The Morgan was low on petrol so I decided to take it the filling station 4 miles away to replenish the tank. 29 miles later ......
Lovely day for a run out.

Very envious Peter. I have a cough , sore throat & runny nose. No fever as of day 3 but I am following the rules & getting bored at home.

YES! Taking advantage of the fine weather and getting out most days. As someone has already said, driving a Morgan is a great way to self-isolate. I passed a new Ferrari something or other down one of our tiny lanes, it drew the attention of a bunch of school kids ... until I came along, nice car they called out ignoring the other one.

Gentle 25 mile trip roof down to KH approved body shop in Mildenhall. Gentle because  was following in the Mini  . Morton dropped off to have very minor corrosion attended to under warranty on O/S wing. Works involves removing cowl and wing, removing fittings, repairing corrosion, re-paint locally then fresh laquer on complete wing before re-fitting. Seems an enormous amount of work for such a minor issue, which may mean without car for two weeks! although I'm not paying. Was told just a weeks work but asked it to be done sooner given present climate, so they are fitting it in between other jobs. Then it was on to Ickworth house/hotel near Bury to take advantage of champagne afternoon tea voucher given as Xmas present to Val.
