Just found out this week that the local county library has an online service for magazines and newspaper's if you are registered and have current library card. Quite a good selection of mags. All FREE.

When Motor Punk appeared I subscribed after meeting Rich at Goodwood Revival and thoroughly enjoyed the 4 editions they produced in their quirky humorous style which suited me down to the ground. They had some fantastic adventures on a budget which was very clever and they REALLY got Morgans luckily they are still online Motor Punk An article on Gordon Bennett featuring "the killer" Brooklands Roadster I remember you! Thanks again, we had fun while it lasted! For those who 'only read online' because you don't want to pay, please remember print when everything you read is an advertorial, or on a website riddled with adverts, spam and viruses. To create great stories costs money, so either the reader pays for something nice in their hands, or the advertisers pay and are only interested in websites with a trillion hits in order that they can get the traffic. Do you miss local news, by proper reporters, who worked to a code and were held responsible? They're all, mostly, gone now. And if you want some free news, try the web version of your local newspaper, whichever that might be, and watch your screen collapse under the weight of shite. I still write for a few magazines, and I occasionally make films, too, but I am still sad at the long death of car mags in print. Take care out there, folks.

I prefer proper printed Mags, there's something traditional, comforting & tangible in print
