Well, chaps, Boshers' old car was wrapped for my friend's wedding and some new wheels courtesy of Matt C put on. I apologise for the industrial backgrounds - these were taken on the hoof a little. The wrap job was not the best in the world - the Aero turned out to be a very difficult car to wrap due to the complexity of its curves. As the car took far longer to finish than they thought it would (I picked it up at 3am!), so some things were rushed/forgotten (to be rectified at a later date).

The colour came out lighter than I thought it would from the sample, but suits the car very well, really bringing out those curves. Boshers' original wheels with their Toyo Proxes are stored for trackday use - next trip, The Nurburgring!

The result looks fine from where I am sitting. Amazing. I have only seen two wrapped cars in the flesh and found they were wrinkled round the edges of the panels. Yours looks tight. Thanks for posting. I need to look if someone can wrap a trad in polished alloy look. Cheers J

It's certainly possible to wrap just about anything - including a trad...

results look good Harry - like the new wheels too smile No idea how the wrap around the piping! How do they do that?

The wrap looks great. I saw a company wrapping a Porsche Cayenne at MPH last year and the result wasn't half as good as how the Aero has turned out. On the Cayenne they had obviously rushed it for show purposes and had wrapped over the Cayenne Turbo badge on the Bootlid. Enjoy the Nurburgring. drive

No idea how they did the piping - but from watching them wrap other parts, with a lot of hard work and attention to detail!

The front wings alone are so big and complex that it took 3 guys working together to wrap them...

If I can just get those damned wipers fixed, she'd be absolutely perfect! BHM are too busy for another car in the garage at the moment. I intend no driving in the rain, but with our unpredictable weather...

Does SGT or Mole Valley Morgan have any space in their Garage to do the Wiper Motor Change? Haven't had any experience with either but I'm guessing they are the nearest in relation to BHM (Correct me if I am wrong).

Love the look of that Harry and actually prefer the lighter grey look, rather than the MMC battleship grey! cheers flag

Harry, looks well worth the time, effort and cost (I hope) but are you sure its Boshlys car hidden beneath.

The only way you'll be able to provide it is by putting on a rolling road and confirming those figures Boshly was so proud of.
