It would appear that the MoT testers manual has been updated and numbering of sections has been changed. M3W's do not require an emission test in the UK, so just in case your friendly tester needs a bit of guidence the relevant sections from the MoT testers manual state: Section: Introduction Part 2 -Three Wheeled vehicles more than 450kg unladen weight are category L5 Section: 8.2.1.2 - You do not need to check L category vehicles for emissions. Thanks for that info Roger, it may just come in handy as the testers seem to be occasionally unsure about what does and doesn't apply to the M3W as it isn't quite a normal 3 wheeler. My tester usually has to fudge the rear wheel brake efficiency figures as the computer wants two sets of figures, not just one. The rear wheel "brakes" always seem to be perfectly balanced.

UK MOT test due dates from 30 March 2020 have just extended by 6 months for cars, motorcycles and light vans. Dont see anything about that on gov.uk
