Great story.
May I remind all of the ’Membership Secretary’s Notes’ from Miscellany telling of my 2 chance conversations with 2 Morganeers who didn’t know one another. About 2-3 years ago I think.
One had a JAP V2 engine in Edinburgh and the other in Northern Ireland had a M3W running gear, but no engine. I put them in touch with one another, and the engine went west to Co Antrim. During the refurb, the engine and chassis numbers were given to the factory who said the engine was the original engine for the chassis! 2 chance conversations.
