You guys are way to neat with wood, mine never looks anything like that.

Mighty impressive, a Morgan owner I know makes the most amazing Rocking Horses and I just look in awe at the skill.

When I've completed a wood project, my usual statement is "Close enough"

The words make my wife cringe.

Keep it simple....... Measure twice and cut once. Best advice I ever had when I was an apprentice.

Fitted a Zwave relay module to an outside light switch.

Of course they no longer work!

Electrics seem OK. Now need to try and debug the software.

I'm 'revamping' one of my bikes - changing bars, lights, oilcooler, exhaust, foot rests etc etc....

School 'virtual system' is desperately slow during the day, so I'm doing all my work early mornings and late evenings, and then making the most of this lovely weather!

Fixed a broken bracket on my lawnmower with a plastic splint and Gorilla epoxy resin. Yet to test drive it to see how successful I've been and whether it holds up.

Oh, I grumble when people refer to foot 'pegs'.. It's a damned Americanism that's become the norm. The British term of course is 'Rest'.. Foot rest..

You'll have to stay behind now..

But I love the way our American buddies call the warning rub studs underneath the foot peg/rests ‘Hero Blobs’....

I managed to get some nods of approval when they saw how worn mine were, right up to the point they saw my riding buddies flints in his knee sliders.... I lost all credit at that point.
