Hallo. I bought a Morgan 4/4 RHD from 1981 and on the left side, there is one part i don't know for what it is use. Did someone has an idea for what this is used? Thanks. https://imgur.com/shADnfM

Willkommen bei den MORGAN- Enthusiasten! Welcome in the TM-zoo  Meinst Du den runden Halter der früher in GB für eine Art "Steuerplakette" verwendet wurde?

Hi and welcome.
In the UK we used to have to display a 'permit called a tax disc. It fits into the part you show. Its no longer required but many cars still display them.
Gary

.+8 Now gone for a 1800 4/4. Duratec in bright yellow.
