It’s that time of year when my insurance renewal thuds onto the doormat and I open the envelope in trepidation, expecting to see a massive second year of cover hike in premium and anticipating having to switch insurers to get the “new business discount.
Not so! My insurance through Morgan Insurance Consultants in Alton Hampshire only went up 4% to £270 per annum. I can also avail myself of their Morgan Rescue U.K. and Europe roadside rescue for only another £35 per annum. What’s not to like!

You're really lucky! Here in Spain, Only two companies accept to do an insurance on a 3-Wheeler.... a real PITA. And it's 1020 €/year with a 180 € deductible on every repair (but the ones it's proven I'm not responsable, of course).

Here in The Colonies our auto insurance was LOWERED by 20% for two months because nobody is supposed to be driving. I am awaiting the bill from my M3W insurance company (Progressive) to see if they will follow suit, although I am not holding my breath.

Perhaps we can expect A reduce

My renewal came through last month from Gott & Wynne, It was actually less this year. New quote £279.45 per annum which includes £22.40 breakdown cover.

My insurance with Morgan Insurance has been very steady for the past eight years - no doubt it will go up in Sept. following my recent dancing on ice accident. Even so they, as usual, will shop around for the best deal. They are also very helpful people to work with and unlike some of the large companies do not charge an arm and a leg for answering the telephone.

Just renewed my insurance which is with Aviva at £227.00 including protected no claims bonus based on 4000 miles. It isnt Morgan specific insurance so does not have agreed valuation but I didnt want to loose 9 years no claims bonus and the company are good to deal wth as we have 2 other cars and house insurance through them as well and we have have occasion to claim twice in the past couple of years.

I have just been notified of a 15% refund on my insurance for the 3 Morgans as a result of less claims due to the COVID crisis, can't complain at that.

What company Steve?

Mines due at the end of the month and G&W have quoted me £560. Might have a quick look around to see what other companies offer.
