Worth more than that. If it was here I would give $21K for it in a flash, I can well understand that the seller would not accept that figure. He will do much better in a year's time when the COVID-19 crisis is, hopefully, over.

Worth more than that. If it was here I would give $21K for it in a flash, I can well understand that the seller would not accept that figure. He will do much better in a year's time when the COVID-19 crisis is, hopefully, over. Dead right Peter but you'd have to beat me to it... Regrettably, I suspect this is a sign of things to come particularly in the "discretionary items" department.
