A plus 8 was being prepared for a tilt at LeMans too but didn't quite make it , resides in Holland now I believe.
Another interesting Rover V8 challenge that ran short on funding was the Triumph TR7 V8 twin turbo .
It was a privilege to watch TOK running hard at the last LMC pulling up alongside a knobbly Lister coming out of a corner! She is campaigned well through Europe these days .
