When I installed the Morgan Aero Racing Stage 1 kit the stock ECU map worked fine.
I don’t think you’re going to get the entire benefit from stage 2 cams without a remap though. Garage 56 does offer a remapped ECU for stage 2.

Provided the exhausts become detached from their headers without too much of a fight (gentle tapping with a rubber mallet and much twisting of the pipe), then little more than a couple of hours max I'd have thought. You'll be VERY impressed with the results however :-)
