Or Ebay Get most of my nuts, bolts and screws from there. UK based stores deliver in a couple of days. Used to have a fabulous old school hardware store in Rushden when I first moved here - Peter Crisp - they had every type of metric/UNC/UNF/BA etc fitting in stock. Used to pop down with an assortment of old bolts and they could usually sort me out. Sadly now a Tesco Express.....

If you've got a local farm machinery place I find them brilliant for things like this.

After we went through everything again exactly and could exclude some other parts (the error was still there in the Limp Home mode) it was the same error as with my car. Stuart completely bypassed the BPS switch, even though it was new, and the car has been running ever since. You have to push the button of the switch very far in for a permanent good contact, of course without overdoing it. Because I didn't trust the switch or its location, Stuart bypassed it with the good and now permanent result.

Ive noticed there are two brake pedal switches on mine too but don't know why either. Can anyone else tell us?
Are the brake lights still working with only one switch working? Its unlikely but could one switch be for the high level brake light? Easy to check for both I suppose.
If you replace the faulty switch I would take a photo of its placement before removing. I assume that both are adjusted the same amount.
Finally I would have thought that the brake light switch is a separate problem than the loss of power unless someone can explain otherwise!
Rob, the second switch is the stop fueling signal to the ECU when you brake. This seems like a long time ago now and glad it helped in some way.

Some of it was PM during the last week.
