just a short story of a few days ago:
we had guests. he is a passionate motorist. "always" rode motorcycles, currently owns and rides a Harley Davidson CVO Street Glide. I tell him I sold two motorcycles since I have my Morgan Threewheeler. He looks at me with that puzzled look. Then he goes "why would you buy something with three wheels?"
Err ... *lost* I struggle to answer …. I wasn't prepared for such a question. it took me a few seconds …. but only emptiness. then a few flashes of questions … "why three wheels? what does he actually want to know? why not four? why not two?"
then I said "you know what? let's go for quick ride." "oh yeah!" he said with excitement. five minutes later we are on the road …. roaring! laughing! gasping for air! the speed making us squint! upshifting! downshifting and making the best sounds out of the two cylinders exhaling from the stereo pipes.
on the way back (and this was really just a short/quick ride) he looks at me with a completely happy facial expression and screams at me with a laugh: "T H I S I S G O I N G T O B E M Y N E X T R I D E !!!!" (this is going to be my next ride) And I scream back "N O W Y O U K N O W W H Y T H R E E W H E E L S !!!!" (now you know why three wheels)
I haven't regretted a second myself. yes ok, maybe the service costs are a bit expensive, but what the heck! this thing makes everybody happy, be it the driver/passenger, the people on the streets and sidewalks.
I know exactly, you know what I mean. in that sense, happy riding :-) Pete, aka Mr. Comet

My route to Morgan is a transition from two wheels. Struggling with the weight of a Harley Electra Glide (430KG). Fine riding, but stop-go traffic was starting to get a worry - below 5 MPH the bike felt top heavy and I was concerned of dropping it especially two-up. I was allowed to buy the Morgan in October 2017, with the promise I would sell the Electra Glide the following spring. Next spring Helen said lets keep the Harley for one more summer. Spring 2019 I traded the Electra Glide for a Harley Road King. 60KG lighter and much more rideable. We now have the best of both worlds. Top bike and top Morgan
Have to say that I totally agree with the comment about the M3W "This thing makes everybody happy, be it the driver/passenger, the people on the streets and sidewalks." Our 45 years of vehicles has covered Classic Bikes, Custom Bikes, Kit Cars, Touring Bikes, and Land Rover Defenders, but nothing gets the public response like a Morgan 3 wheeler. The only down side is that I do get the odd comment from Helen "After 45 years getting her wet on motorbikes I now have a car with no roof".

It's true. Some of us will buy the M3W (or anything) based on gut instinct. Others first have to put into the seat to have a smile pinned ear to ear.
